Public Offer for Participation in the Migration Club
1. General Provisions

1.1. This Public Offer is governed by the laws of Portugal and constitutes a public proposal to conclude a service agreement on behalf of the sole proprietor Indivíduo Empresário Nina Mayer (hereinafter – the “Client”), addressed to individuals and legal entities wishing to become members of the Migration Club.

1.2. Participation in the Club is available only to companies and individual professionals engaged in lawful activities in the field of migration, legal and related services, in compliance with the legislation of their country of registration. The Club reserves the right to refuse participation without providing reasons if there are doubts regarding the legality of such activities.

1.3. Any offers violating applicable laws are strictly prohibited within the Club, including but not limited to: document forgery, sham marriages, or fabricated grounds for obtaining residency or citizenship.

1.4. Payment for participation constitutes acceptance of this Offer and the conclusion of a binding agreement. The Client is immediately granted access to the Club’s chats (in Russian and/or English), subject to a 24-hour restriction on sending messages until verification is completed.

1.5. For the purposes of this Offer:
– “Client” means the person who has accepted the Offer and entered into the agreement.
– “Member” means the Client who, after successful payment and verification, is granted access to the Migration Club’s services and community.

2. Membership Plans and Payment Terms

2.1. The Migration Club offers three membership plans:

● Trial Membership — €200 per month

  • 1 Telegram account
  • Introductory access to the Club
  • Recurring monthly payments
  • Cancellation requires notification to the Club’s manager
  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Upgrade to Full or longer-term membership available at any time

Included:
– access to Club chats;
– onboarding session with the community manager;
– self-introduction (up to 2 minutes) at the next Zoom meeting;
– participation in all Club events;
– access to the archive of recordings;
– ability to receive responses from other Members.

Limitations:
– no promotion of partner programs (in chats, social media, or Zoom);
– when responding to requests in the chat, the community manager recommends only accounts of Members on Full or longer-term memberships. Trial Members are not included in such recommendations.

● Full Membership — €1,200 per year

  • Up to 3 Telegram accounts per company
  • Full access to all Club features
  • One-time payment
  • Access valid for 12 months from the date of payment
  • Renewal must be processed manually
  • Payments are non-refundable

● Lifetime Membership — €3,000

  • Up to 3 Telegram accounts per company
  • Full access to all Club features
  • One-time payment
  • Access valid for 10 years from the date of payment
  • Payments are non-refundable
  • This plan is available for purchase only during specific periods announced by the Club. At all other times, the plan is not available.

Full and Lifetime include everything in Trial plus:
– publication of partner programs in Club chats;
– promotion through the Club’s Telegram and Instagram channels;
– the opportunity to deliver a 10-minute presentation at a Zoom meeting;
– recommendations from the community manager based on relevant requests from other Members.

2.2. Payments are accepted by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) and in cryptocurrency (USDT). All transaction fees are covered by the Club — the Client pays only the amount specified in the plan.

3. Verification and Access

3.1. Upon payment, the Client is immediately granted access to the Russian and English Club chats. For the first 24 hours, messaging rights are restricted.

3.2. During this period, the Client must complete the verification form and await confirmation from the Club’s administration.

3.3. Upon successful verification:
– messaging restrictions are lifted;
– the Client may post a welcome message;
– the community manager contacts the Member for onboarding.

3.4. If the form is not completed within 24 hours, access is blocked, participation is terminated, and the agreement is considered terminated. Payments are non-refundable.

3.5. If the form is completed but verification is denied, access is blocked and the payment is refunded in full within 7 business days.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Refunds are only available in the case of verification denial (see section 3.5).

4.2. In all other cases, the service is deemed rendered once access to the chats is granted. By making payment, the Client explicitly waives the right to a refund except in the circumstances specified.

5. Services and Member Rights

5.1. Members have access to:
– participation in the professional community;
– thematic and regional chats (Telegram);
– support from the community manager;
– online events (Zoom);
– archive of event recordings;
– self-introduction at events;
– promotion (for Full and Lifetime);
– publication of partner programs (for Full and Lifetime);
– recommendations from the community manager (for Full and Lifetime);
– up to three accounts per company (for Full and Lifetime).

5.2. Members are entitled to:
– communicate in chats and initiate discussions;
– find partners and clients;
– seek support from the community manager.

6. Referral Program

6.1. The Referral Program is available only to active Members of the Club (hereinafter – the “Referring Member”).

6.2. The Referring Member may recommend participation in the Club to colleagues, provided that the invited person (hereinafter – the “Referred Member”) has been informed in advance and consents to their contact details being shared with the Club’s manager.

6.3. A bonus is granted if the Referred Member purchases a Full Membership (annual plan) or a longer-term plan.

6.4. In such a case:
– the Referring Member receives +3 months of free participation added to their current plan;
– the Referred Member receives +3 months added to their purchased plan.

6.5. If the Referred Member joins only on the Trial Membership plan, no bonuses are provided. The bonus is granted once the Referred Member upgrades to a Full Membership (annual plan) or a longer-term plan.

6.6. There is no limit to the number of invitations or bonuses. Bonus periods are cumulative and extend the Member’s current plan.

6.7. The Club reserves the right to amend or terminate the Referral Program with at least 14 days’ prior notice to Members.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. The following are prohibited:
– aggression, spam, unauthorized advertising;
– violation of other Members’ confidentiality;
– publication of unlawful offers.

7.2. Violation of the rules results in blocked access without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Club is not liable for:
– actions of other Members;
– decisions made on the basis of information shared in the Club;
– the quality of services provided by Members;
– the accuracy of statements made by Members.

9. Termination of Membership

9.1. The Client may terminate participation at any time. No refunds are provided.

9.2. The Club may terminate participation in cases of breach of this Offer, non-payment, or loss of professional status.

10. Amendments

10.1. The Club may amend this Offer with at least 14 days’ prior notice via the Club’s Telegram bot.

10.2. Continued participation after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

11.1. The Club processes data in accordance with the GDPR and the laws of Portugal.

11.2. Data is used solely for the provision of services. Data is not shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

11.3. The Client may request deletion of their data at any time.

12. Force Majeure

The Parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, communication failures, sanctions, prohibitions, and similar events.

13. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be resolved under the laws of Portugal.

14. Professional Standards

14.1. The Client confirms they hold the necessary qualifications, licenses, and permits required for their activity in their country of registration.

14.2. The Club may request supporting documents and refuse participation if they are not provided.

15. Intellectual Property

15.1. All materials shared by Members (messages, articles, presentations, etc.) remain their intellectual property.

15.2. By publishing materials, the Member grants the Club a non-exclusive right to use them for promotional purposes, with attribution to the author.

15.3. Commercial use of materials by other Members requires the author’s consent.

16. Anti-Corruption Compliance

The Client confirms that their activities within the Club do not violate anti-corruption laws, AML regulations, sanctions, or international restrictions.
