Public Offer for Participation in the Migration Club
This Public Offer (“Offer”) constitutes an official proposal by Sovium Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, to enter into a service agreement under the terms set out below.

Payment for membership constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.



1. General Provisions

1.1. This Offer is governed by the laws of England and Wales and defines the terms under which Sovium Ltd (“Company”) provides access to the Migration Club.

1.2. Participation in the Migration Club is available only to companies and individual professionals engaged in lawful activities in the fields of migration services, legal services, relocation assistance, investment migration, or related areas.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation without providing reasons, including but not limited to concerns regarding the accuracy of the Client’s information, the legality of the Client’s activities, or compliance with the professional standards of the Club.

1.4. Any unlawful activity within the Club is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: document forgery, sham marriages, fabricated grounds for immigration, or any illegal methods of obtaining residency or citizenship.

1.5. For the purposes of this Offer:
“Client” means a person who has paid for membership but has not yet completed verification;
“Member” means a Client who has successfully passed verification and obtained full access to the Migration Club;
“Referring Member” means a Member who invites another professional under the referral program;
“Referred Member” means a new participant invited by a Referring Member.



2. Membership Plans and Payment Terms

The Migration Club offers two membership plans:

2.1. Full Membership — €1,200 per year
 • Up to 3 Telegram accounts per company
 • Full access to all features of the Club
 • 12-month access from the date of payment
 • Renewal processed manually
 • Payments are non-refundable

2.2. Lifetime Membership — €3,000 for 10 years
 • Up to 3 Telegram accounts per company
 • Full access to all features of the Club
 • One-time payment
 • Access valid for 10 years
 • Payments are non-refundable
 • Available only during designated sales periods

2.3. Features included in Full and Lifetime Membership
 • Access to all Migration Club Telegram chats
 • Participation in the professional community
 • Dedicated support from the community manager
 • Participation in all online events and access to recordings
 • Opportunity to self-introduce during Club events
 • Publication and promotion of partner programs
 • Recommendations from the community manager to other Members based on relevant requests
 • Opportunity to deliver a presentation at a Zoom meeting in accordance with the established event format and regulations
 • Up to 3 Telegram accounts per company

2.4. Payment Methods

Payments are processed via Stripe and other payment solutions integrated into the Migration Club Telegram bot. Transaction fees are covered by the Company.



3. Verification and Access

3.1. Upon payment, the Client is granted immediate access to the Club’s chats. Messaging rights remain restricted during the first 24 hours.

3.2. To complete registration, the Client must fill out the verification form and provide accurate professional information.

3.3. After successful verification, the Client becomes a Member, messaging restrictions are lifted, and the community manager conducts onboarding.

3.4. If the verification form is not completed within 24 hours, access is blocked, membership is terminated, and no refund is provided.

3.5. If the form is completed but participation is denied, the payment is fully refunded within 7 business days.



4. Refund Policy

4.1. Refunds are granted only in cases where the Company denies verification (see section 3.5).

4.2. In all other cases, services are deemed rendered once access to the Club’s chats is provided, and the Client waives any right to a refund.



5. Member Rights

5.1. Members are entitled to:
– participate in professional discussions;
– initiate topics and exchange expertise;
– find partners and clients within the Club;
– request support from the community manager;
– participate in online events and access event recordings.



6. Referral Program

6.1. The referral program is available to all active Members.

6.2. The Referring Member must ensure that the Referred Member has consented to having their contact details shared with the Company.

6.3. Bonuses are granted if the Referred Member purchases Full Membership or Lifetime Membership.

6.4. In such cases:
– The Referring Member receives +3 months added to their current membership;
– The Referred Member receives +3 months added to their purchased membership period.

6.5. There is no limit to the number of referrals, and bonuses accumulate.

6.6. The Company may amend the referral program with at least 14 days’ prior notice.



7. Code of Conduct

The following actions are prohibited:
– aggression, harassment, or toxic behaviour;
– spam or unauthorized advertising;
– disclosure of confidential information;
– unlawful offers;
– making any public or private statements or taking actions that may harm the reputation of the Migration Club, Sovium Ltd, its staff, or other Members.

Violation may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.



8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:
– actions of other Members;
– decisions made based on information shared within the Club;
– the quality of services provided by Members;
– accuracy of information shared by Members;
– indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.



9. Termination of Membership

9.1. A Member may terminate their membership at any time. Payments are non-refundable.

9.2. The Company may terminate a Member’s participation for violations of this Offer, provision of inaccurate information, or behaviour harmful to the community.



10. Amendments

The Company may amend this Offer with at least 14 days’ notice, delivered through the Migration Club Telegram bot.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.



11. Data Protection and Privacy

11.1. The Company processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11.2. Data is used solely for the purpose of providing Migration Club services and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

11.3. Members may request deletion of their personal data at any time.



12. Force Majeure

The Company and the Member are released from liability for failure to fulfil obligations due to force majeure, including natural disasters, communication failures, war, sanctions, legislative changes, and other circumstances beyond their control.



13. Intellectual Property

13.1. Materials shared by Members (messages, articles, presentations, etc.) remain their intellectual property.

13.2. By posting materials within the Club, the Member grants the Company a non-exclusive right to use such materials for promotional purposes with attribution.

13.3. Use of Member materials by other Members requires the author’s consent.



14. Professional Standards

Members confirm that they possess the necessary qualifications and legal rights to provide their services in their respective jurisdictions. The Company may request confirmation documents at any time.



15. Anti-Corruption and Sanctions Compliance

15.1. The Member confirms that their activities within the Migration Club do not violate:
– the UK Bribery Act 2010;
– the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018;
– AML/CTF Regulations;
– international sanctions regimes;
– the laws of their own jurisdiction.

15.2. The Member agrees not to use the Migration Club for:
– circumventing sanctions;
– illicit financial operations;
– money laundering;
– any actions that violate international law.
